My phone has crashed about two weeks ago. When I reinstalled the app I also lost everything that was saved in the app. Is there anyway to regain my information? I figure if it’s under the same email it should have pop up your information. I’m using IPhone 13 Pro Max. Is there anything to get my stuff back?

Video play stopped working, also can’t export photos or video to camera roll. Version 2.0.3 build 6 fwiw. Please fix!

Got a fix since app folders show there is data in them but get black screen shows up when I tap on them. Stopped after iOS v 14 install. Any plans to update with bug fix?

I’ve been using this app forever, and I love it. Always have, but now since upgrading to IOS 14 all of my stored videos don’t play. Go straight to a black screen. Be a shame if we can’t get an update. I know the last one took MONTHS. 😡

You’re punishing the people that were the 1st to use your app by not updating the earlier versions. For anyone considering this be warned DO NOT SAVE IMPORTANT PHOTOS on this app. They could and most likely be gone forever.

I bought this app because it said it could lock anything. I wanted it to hide and lock with a strong master password certain private apps such as email, which has no way to password protect, or gmail and google drive, which are a pain to constantly log in and out of, and several others. This app doesn't lock apps - it's not a folder into which you can just drop apps you'd like to protect, and it only allows for a 4-digit passcode. If you only want to hide sensitive photos and videos this app can do that, but so can tons of others and they do it more stealthily and with stronger password protection. For me, this app is useless.

We need an update for ios11. I

Can not retrieve any files or photos. Any suggestion. Developers need update for new OS

This is crazy it just took all of my data. Now I can’t retrieve any of it because it is claiming that the developer needs to update the app. Please update ASAP.

I have several pics on your app I can not access now because of the 11-3update or any idea how to get them back or change my system back to older version these pics I can’t get were important to me

It was good until all of my stuff deleted last night. I'm kinda mad honestly. What happened? I even paid for this.

I cannot access the app anymore on iOS 11 because the apps software is too old, can you make it available for iOS 11 please

It's a great app, but it has not yet been upgraded to support iOS 11 and will stop working when Apple launches the new iOS. Does Red Knight plan to upgrade the app to support 64-bit?

I had this one my IPhone for all my passwords for sometime, then suddenly one day after an upgrade everything disappeared and the app looked slightly different. Do not install until this is fixed. Another review right before says the same thing. Someone needs to do something!!! Where did our passwords go????!!!

Good app normally & temporary use except it will take some of your pics and convert them to something you can't open to see the pic. It DOES NOT BACK UP so if you change phones poof your pics are gone!!! Also in one incident during an update bug fix it deleted my pictures. App is good for temporary hiding of pics but have a permanent solution besides this app.

The app is so good for 1 I can show someone a FAKE account and fool them and get a away with something like for example I'm cheating on my boyfriend.

Almost impossible to import photos

How i can download videos from te browser. Please heeeeelp . Works excellent on IOS7 cool

It worked fine. I had a handful of files in there. Didn't need to refer to them very often, maybe once a month. All was fine until I bought an iPhone 7+ to replace my iPhone 6+. Suddenly the app looks totally different and all my files were gone. And now I'm having trouble getting them back in there. Just dragging them into iTunes as files belonging to this app and then syncing didn't seem to do the trick. I'll have to research this.

Good app but constantly crashes after import pic. Recently I switched phones and lost all my phones. No cloud backup

It's a good app In all but I recently had this problem where a bunch of my photos saved on the app went blank/white and when I click on it it's blank and nothing pops up. :/ plz help

This app is great but mine crashes A LOT. I checked the camera setting in setting and it is turned on to allow access to this app so...

This apps need a crash to fix I had to download this app more than 10 times! All of because when I have the app for more than a week it blanks all of my pictures I needed Please fix this

...100% of the time as soon as passcode is entered. Last update was January, 2014; app is completely useless at present.

when I get my new iphone and I restored it from a backup no photo appear on the app and I have to install the pro version but my photos were not saved

awesome app so far and worth taking the time to download.

The app has overwritten several photos I had stored in it or made unwanted copies of items I tried to delete. Just not up to the level of polish you'd expect from an iOS app. And yes I paid for the full version. Unfortunate

On the internet( I love the secrecy of it) if I wanted to watch a video, I couldn't, it won't let me. If this bug was fixed I'd be in love with the app. Other than that I love that I can take pictures put them in the folder app and delete it from my phone but put it back on my phone if needed. And the note taking is amazing.

Complete waste of time.

I forget my pattern!...I need the data ...what can I do?

Downloaded this app a long time ago and lost about 70+ photos because it blanked them all out. This new update did nothing to fix that.

when i do it it work and i put my secret photos in it but some times it crashes

The transparency is off, doesnt really look like regular folder. Please make the icon a transparent PNG so its more real. Why do i need to pay again for the app without the ads. I bought the older version so i hoped it got updated... to bad probably

Erased my data

Paid for app, lost my photos about 3 months later (just like it did to everyone else.)

Unable to navigate through pictures in folder - lag Attempt to copy from folder back to Gallery in order to save pictures- crash Doubled pictures even with same name - shame Unable to send pictures via mail - no action I would delete app with no remorse, but unable to retrieve pictures from it
